ACML2010

Call for Abstracts: Poster and Demo Session [plain text version]

ACML2010 calls for one-page abstracts. The accepted abstracts will be presented as posters at the conference, but will not be published in the proceedings. The purpose of the poster and demo session is to provide an informal forum to encourage discussions. The posters may present ongoing or unpublished research work, projects that have already been published elsewhere, etc. Abstracts should summarize and highlight why the projects will be of interest to the ACML community. Poster presenters may have hyperlinks from the ACML2010 web page to their own technical reports or online demos.

Submissions will be considered if they are received by 23:59, August 23rd, 2010, Japan Standard Time (JST), which is 9 hours ahead of Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). The one-page abstract should contain the title, name of authors, and their affiliations in a reasonable format (double column is also allowed). The abstract should be submitted in the pdf format by e-mail to

acml2010-abstract@sg.cs.titech.ac.jp

The subject of the e-mail should be "ACML2010 Abstract Submission", and the e-mail should include the title, name of authors, and their affiliations with a separately attached one-page abstract in the pdf format. Abstracts will be lightly reviewed, and acceptance notifications will be emailed by September 6th.

ACML2010 aims at providing a leading international forum for researchers in Machine Learning and related fields to share their new ideas and achievements. Submissions from other than the Asia-Pacific regions are also highly encouraged.
